I apologize for over generalizing. While it's not running through a reservation it is running through sacred sites and burial grounds.

For me that's a major contention given the ACE found the same threat of a leak as grounds for NOT building north of Bismarck.

Two thousand veterans, strong, but they want all Americans to show up there. I hope it doesn't escalate into violence.
