Okay ATS
There is a free PDF book A.R.B that lists different alien races visiting earth.
There is also a Youtube video which uses the same information.

The book is believed to have been written around 1946-47, with constant additions and revisions over the years. The claim is that it was given to government agents for them to add their information to it.
It was later found in the addict of a former KGB agent.

The book is titled, "Introduction to the Alien Races Book." Dante did all of the translations with his friend Petro, who later sadly lost his life in a car crash.

Here it is in youtube form so you can leave it in the background to listen to while working on your computer

The robotic voice makes the video too hard to listen to. There's no genuflection in the voice and so it all sounds like one long sentence.

I managed to get through a few of these but, really, how would we vet this. What evidence standard do we have to measure this against? Most of the pictures are of Hollywood or other such sources.

This is all very fantastic and might have a few people fooled with it's semi-professional layout and presentation but, I'm not buying it. Truth is, we wouldn't know anything about an alien race unless they wanted us to - and it would be reasonable to assume that they're lying (especially if the remote viewers are to be believed).

Read it years ago.

It's crap I'm sorry to say...

Pure nonsense.

Maybe some of it is true, and some is disinformation used to discredit all of it. That scenario is a hallmark of US military counter intelligence. Meant only as a possibility.

The first page of the book was missing but was found last year in the same attic underneath the floorboards and says
"To my darling Candy. All characters portrayed within this book are fictitious and any resemblance to persons living or dead is purely coincidental."

Former KGB agents have addicts? Well what kind, heroin, alcohol, something else they are addicted to? They actually carry books inside of them, did they swallow or was it like implanted?

Since it is supposedly older that would the other way around.
Incidentally I was just thinking last night about how many scifi movies and Tv have very very similar aliens. Almost seems as though they are using some information or source.

OP

The book is believed to have been written around 1946-47, with constant additions and revisions over the years.

The dates are into the year 2000- 2008 the last I looked at so who would be updating and then releasing the revised book

I'm not sure how you meant genuflect in your sentence? I was raised Catholic unfortunately, and I know the meaning of genuflection, www.merriam-webster.com... perhaps you meant genuine sound? When in doubt of a word, google is a great dictionary/thesaurus. As far as the video, and the book? NO WAY, I'm all for believing in aliens, and what not, but some things take it a bit too far for my taste..........
