Would a Sex Change President Be 1st Woman President?

Yes, never going to happen with Trump but something to think about. I hear people say the first woman President is already born. Some woman / girl is out there today that will make history.

But, what if it's a man out there that when elected has a sex change in office. Sounds outrageous but nobody ever thought Bruce Jenner, a manly stud athlete would ever become a woman either and it happened.

So my question is would the sex change President while in office be the first or, a first biologically born woman be the first?

Would you accept one with an asterisk?

I don't think it will matter, by the time somebody that have a sex change will make it to a political position of power the person will have been accepted by the population.

So actually a sex change doesn't make a human being it just change their sexual orientation officially.

I would never vote for someone with body dysmorphic disorder.

Some will disagree with that 'diagnosis'.

I don't really care if they do.

How can someone run this country when their pumped on on big pharmaceuticals to make them look like how they 'feel'.

How about a natural born woman first ,and go from there.

We have already been there done that sort of , not president but we have had a Transgender member of our paliment and then she went on to become mayor of a city . We also were the first country to give women the right to vote.
