They do, yes. Once they are on US soil.
However they do not have the right to break the law, which they did by entering the country illegally.
Hence the discussion is always what the punishment for breaking the law should be.. deportation, fines and then legalisation, etc.

What exactly are these people protesting? There doesn't seem to be a goal other than, "IM MAD!"
I would gather a large chunk of them don't know how the election process works nor do they care.
I would also argue that they will not question their own actions in relation to why a man like Trump became president.

A court of law is not supposed to entertain a case in which a fraud or breach of said laws has taken place. Meaning you cannot petition the court for redress over your broken arm when you used it to smash someone's skull in. Or more realistically, you cannot go into a courtroom and ask for money owed to you on a loan for a car you misrepresented and schemed out of a salvage title to sell to a victim who has since stopped paying on it.

These people are ILLEGAL, therefore they have no rights under the law. They were explicitly deemed outside of the law by the Obama administration and we even have "sanctuary cities". Since when do criminals get entire cities that explicitly allow the law to be flaunted? Oh yeah, right - Oakland right now, where cops can't get control over the rioters because "they are targets" according to the black mayor. THEN SHOOT THOSE #ERS what the hell has happened when the rule of law no longer applies? Oakland, Chicago (beating a white man for, well, being white.) I hope David Clarke Jr. gets a spot in his administration. He panders to no one.
