Clinton promised Obamacare was going to stay. Now we're facing the situation above. I hope the people who say that it doesn't matter who the POTUS is explain why in this thread.

This is kind of off-topic, but the next four years could determine who controls the Supreme Court for generations. With Trump we could finally have a chance at non-partisan judges on the Supreme Court.

The implications of a Trump versus a Clinton presidency are so staggering that I'm having trouble comprehending it at the moment. Consider the butterfly effect, this may be the beginning of something much greater.

I debated with someone earlier today who claimed that Obamacare won't be repealed because too much money is involved. That person wasn't considering the money involved from those who want it repealed. There's a lot of money involved on that side as well.

Now millions will lose healthcare and we get supreme court justices that overturn good things people worked for for decades, but, at this point, what difference does it make?

If people are unable to access medical care, the reaction shouldn't be "grow a pair". It should be "OK. Let's fix this broken system so that nobody has to go without necessary medical care".

It takes years to make a new health plan. It should be like what Canada or the UK has, but our representatives would never allow that. Anything else deals with greedy insurance companies.

If it is so easy, you tell us how to do it.

Aint no damn body got healthcare under ACA. It is an existence tax, and I am not paying a tax for my mere existence. Roll it all back before tax season so nobody has to pay it.
