mirror or telegraph "hoax" predicting nuke false flag in America

Hi, short inquiry post here...
Was wondering if anyone has links to that old British news website either telegraph, mail, or mirror,
Where it showed a frame by frame storyboard type telling of how a false flag nuke attack of America would happen...
Was eventually talked of as a hoax,
Many thought it predictive programming akin to the Illuminati card game.
