The headline may be a bit misleading (of course we all know the MSM never ever does that when it comes to Trump - rotflmao!), but you do know the meaning of 'turning out' in this context is in person voting, right? I mean, the article itself goes on to admit that mail-in voting the dems outnumber the r's 2 to 1.

But, you also need to understand that this is really bad for the dems, because they are far more interested in mail-in voting than R's, who will turn out in a massive tidal wave tomorrow.

The good news, we only have to wait 36 hours to see who is right.

Turnout means people who voted - not took a trip to the polling station.

I have heard the argument that most Democrats will have voted by mail and thus cannibalise the election day votes (or at least a lot more proportionally than the Republicans). That is actually a prediction, not a reality. As it stands, more Republicans have also taken part in early voting than previously - at about the same rate as Democrats. It's just Democrats did it more by mail... but there is also the view that the on the day voting is something that certain people always like to do, so the Democrat VBM is really only cannibalizing the 2016 early vote in person.

We will, as you say, find out if a red wave exists tomorrow. I still doubt it - In 2018 it was a red puddle - even after the spectacle of the Kavanaugh hearings.

In Pennsylvania, DEMOCRATS lead by over 1 MILLION votes based on party registration going into election day.
In short, PA is gone for Trump - that's a blue wave, not a red one.

I think Republicans should brace themselves for a massive Biden win - maybe even 400 Electoral College votes.

No, these are RETURNED BALLOTS.

Over 1m advantage in returned ballots for Democrats.
Yes, - some might vote for Trump from the Democrat base, but some might also vote for Biden from the Republican returned ballots.

There is no way Trump is making up that gap in PA - and if it's that bad for him there he is in big trouble elsewhere.

The extent of mail in voting makes this election totally different.
Do you realise how much easier it is to turn up at someone's door and get them to fill out a ballot as opposed to getting them to the polls?
Hillary was hated in 2016 and yet vote wise it was close.

Do you realize that mail-in is not as easy as just filling it out and sending it back? Democrats messed it up because it's actually a reasonably complex process and they're no realizing that their own voters have trouble following directions.
