Absolutely no clue. I found it and shared it here as a courtesy for those that may be interested. Since I know UFo's are a popular topic here.

I want disclosure as much as the next sky watcher but this is not good evidence. It's obscure and confusing.

Amazing no one knows this here. Tell you what, go to twitter and search for podestaemails and UFO. In at least 2 emails he talked like gee when do we tell US citizens they exist? And zero power energy..

Just wanted you know that your many efforts (past, present, and future) are deeply appreciated in trying to right the Washington D.C. failures and in particular, the unsustainable extraterrestrial coverups. I have a question - Is it true that 1st-term USA presidents receive a presidential-briefing concerning the USA and our dealings with extraterrestrials (this done sometime during the first week in office)? My concerns come from the credible testimonies of experiencers, harvested farm/ranch animals and the decades-long contacts we have had with aliens. Bothersome to me are comments ascribed to Bill Clinton (at book-signings?)

That would be beyond wild if it's true! That's something I always thought did happen since I was a kid. I want that to be true but I'm always worried that a lot of these emails are a smokescreen.
