Remember, remember the 5th of November.........

Nov 5th 1605 - Religious tensions, assassination plots and theories with Guy Fawkes as the patsy. There were questions about the how and why a bunch of Catholics were allowed to rent a cellar below Parliament. How they managed to acquire enough gunpowder to blow up the whole City of Westminster. This was at a time when explosives were very tightly controlled by Government.

The 5/11 conspiracy plot is as fascinating as the many that followed it.
