On topic though, we knew at least some foreign countries got into the server. It's good to see that maybe somebody will actually take action but I'm still not holding my breath. Too powerful to jail and all that.

Thats not true, intent isn't necessary. Others on this board know more about it than me, but when you have access to classified information, you are instructed on the proper ways to handle it.

The reason for this is that this sensitive information could be hacked or stolen by enemies (like in this situation).

Therefore, even if you accidentally improperly handled information, you are still legally liable for it.

This entire situation of her private server being hacked by at least five groups shows exactly why these laws are on the books.

Sorry, but actually it IS true. You can hold someone legally liable without locking them up. Calling for prison time is not warranted in this case. Likely a stripping of clearance and definitely not POTUS material.

If the FBI comes out with this same info I will believe it. Right now you have a 37 sec clip with a claim and nothing to back it up and yet people are treating it like gospel.

Yep , as much as I believe she is likely guilty I see way to much premature celebration going on.

I'm waiting for an official nypd or fbi statement not some secret source.
