The media again is trying to tie Trump to Putin but does not want to talk about Clintons ties. It is all about placing blame and deflecting from content in the items that have been released by WikiLeaks, not Russia. Russia is supposed to have the emails also but they are not releasing.

In last night's debate, and in all the MSM today, people are outraged once again for what they say is Trumps support of Putin. Did we forget the Russian reset by HIllary that stopped the missile shield as well as removed sanctions so the Russians can sell arms to Iran? Trump has done 'business' in Russia but not allowing arms sales. Trump has not sold Russia uranium but Hillary did. Trump has not spoken in Russia but Bill has...paid.

So, how could ANYONE think that Putin is a good leader in the US? Well, this WSJ poll may surprise some of you.

graphics.wsj.com...

More people in the US hold a 'negative view' of the current candidates than they do Mr Putin. To me, out of every metric there is, shows that the US is sick and tired of the current administration and those who are in elected office that are continuing the dismantling of our country.

But I thought that at least we here at ats were in agreement on two issues. One, that polls are highly unreliable and should be taken with a grain of salt. The other, and much more agreed upon it was my opinion is that the main stream media is not to be trusted. How much more mainstream can we get then The Wall Street Journal. And didn't Murdoch buy the WSJ a few years back? And wouldn't offer a conservative bent to what to print?

Putin is always 10 steps ahead of Obama and Hillary. Not that hard to do when they lay out their plans on how to deal with Russia on national TV. Drones, airstrikes and special forces....which has NEVER won a war in the modern era. Those are just tools to help ground forces. Any low grade military officer knows you have to have bodies on the ground to hold it.
No ground forces and you will lose every single time.

Trumps bromance with Putin gets very close to treason.

Those commies want to kill us.

No that's not the case. ATS is in agreement that polls mean something when they favor Clinton, and when they do these polls can be used to create top page threads that become popular and receive more stars and flags than other threads. Only when the polls favor Trump are they considered highly unreliable and should be taken with a grain of salt.

Secondly, ATS as a social media platform is so overwhelmingly liberal that if it were a shade of blue, it would make smurfs cry in shame.

In the bigger picture... nothing posted on ATS will ever have any effect at all on the election process.

In the smaller picture, I love to hear people's opinions, one way or another... right or left... this is how I absorb and learn.

Y'all keep up the good work

How do you know that the Americans hate Hillary more than Putin? Has Putin shared his level of hatred for Hillary somewhere? What is the measuring unit of Hate? I nominate the term, "Haties" So if Putin Hated Hillary 7 "Haties" and Americans gave her 8 "Haties" you would be correct.

Putin is more personable, so this makes sense.

At times you can see that he had a rough, stoic childhood and you can easily see a very natural, unforced humanity about him. I'm not sure there are many American politicians that can do this without it looking forced or staged.

Putin for US President.

That way there is zero possibility of a world destroying American-Russian war.

Shhhh! The narrative agrees with him so clearly that source can be trusted. That's why he can totally turn on a year and half of his rhetoric about the media and polls. DUH!

Because she has labeled just about every citizen in this country in a negative way. All because she doesn't have their vote or at some point supported Bernie. I'm just surprised she hasn't labeled her own supporters as Workaphobes yet.

Workaphobe Definition

Couuld have fooled me. Why else do you talk about how horrible and unlikeable Trump is?

Fact is that while Putin is a tyrant, no one who is honest an deny that he is also a strong leader. The US has not had a strong leader is a long time, and Hillary won't be one. Heck, she just got done telling the world how long it takes us to prep a nuke strike last night.

So overwhelmingly liberal? In what kind of subterranean rightwing cave have you found this morsel of blather.

Another dopey post. No, we don't have a more negative opinion of Mrs. Clinton that we do of Little Putin. Thanks for trying to tell me what I think, though.

Quit grasping at straws. Admit defeat & comply gracefully. Maybe you'll like the taste of our Victory Pudding.
