But then why would there be old files in there along with some pretty crazy stuff that makes zero sense as to why wikileaks would even capture it?

Use WinRAR to open the archive.

I wonder if this could have been done to choke the government system.

You shouldn't be posting medical freaking records on the open internet even if they from the leak. Even more so when they contain SSNs.

Either some just dropped all this stuff onto the web server or the index file was removed to allow access. The 1984 date setting might have been to hide the actual dates the data was gathered.

The Steve Jobs medical documents have been on the net for years. There's even a Wikipedia page on them. No one knows if they're real or not.

There are a couple of files with 2016 file dates, in one of those are some JSON files relating to FBI and DHS. I noped away from those right quick.

Fair enough... I just tried on chrome and twitter...
Still doesn't work on my mobile tele tele...

I mean my source says that...

On chrome:
This site can’t be reached

The webpage at https://__._/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Just noticed you can't see what site is referenced... forgot about that thing here on ATS. It's meant to refer WL.

None of this makes any sense. A lot of that stuff would not be held by wikileaks. Maybe it's just throw away files, telling the feds to clean up the garbage. There is some game playing going on.

London's Metropolitan Police used to maintain a visible presence outside the building, although officers were nowhere in sight when an AP journalist visited on Tuesday.

WikiLeaks did not return repeated messages seeking comment. Staff at the embassy declined comment. Ecuador's Foreign Minister Guillaume Long, approached by The Associated Press on the sidelines of a United Nations conference in Quito on Monday, declined to comment when asked about Assange. His office later released a terse statement in response to "the speculation of the last few hours" reaffirming Assange's asylum status and saying that "his protection by the Ecuadorean state will continue while the circumstances that led to the granting of asylum remain."

www.nbcnews.com...

London police are always stationed there but not there today. Not sure if that means anything.

You have to exchange the underscores with "wikileaks"."org" minus the quotes.

Yeah, I got that... Thanks, though...

I forgot about ATS' policy concerning "the site which will not be named/linked."

1984 Room 101. Would be a great way to say subtley that things have gone wrong.

Just for clarification Room 101 from the time.

I believe all of those are old. I googled one I was listening to and it was leaked in 2010. April, 6, 2010 to be exact.
