I had a 1966 Chevrolet Corvair that I really liked.
Yes, it was an oil-slinger.
Yes, the floorboards rusted out.
Yes, it was an automatic on the dashboard.
But I liked it.

My favourite modern car is a McLaren 12C Spider. I am lucky enough to own it. It's really fast 204mph very rare and drives better than any car I have driven before.

My favourite car of all time is the Ferrari 250gt California spider.

I am currently looking for an old American muscle car to import into the UK as I love these, I just don't know enough yet to decide which models I should look at at which models to avoid.

It was a 6 cylinder. They weren't Vs though, it was a flat 6 with two single barrel carburetors.

Car I've owned , Alfa Romeo Sprint Veloce , great fun to drive when it was on the road but a pain in the wallet when it wasn't.
Car I'd love to own , A 2014 Lotus Elan.

But not in yellow.

Triumph Dolomite Sprint. Fiat 126. Both cars that shaped my early years.

The best would be the Citroen 2CV

I bet people start listing fast cars. Who needs a car that tops 200 mph, when you live in a place with single track roads and big tractors?

And that there is another really nice car! and True, country life doesn't need fast cars, but it's the best place to drive em. Endless roads.

SgtHamSandwich - Porsche is another favorite of mine!

My first car was a 1957 Borgward. It was a most unusual and well built car. German was quality back in the day.

That is exactly like mine, the colour is volcano red, if I knew how to post a picture I would load a picture of it with my Aston Martin. I keep trying to load a picture but can't get it to work on my phone!

1972 Camaro is my favorite car I have owned. Had most of the seems welded and filled to give it a nice clean look

a reply to: Encryptor That was the more sporty one, the Isabella I had was a Saloon much like the Jaguar's of the time. But the engine and electrical were lightyears ahead of Jaguar.

I like the old Dodge Chargers. 68s 69s with the 383 magnums or 440. The 383 was a beast of a engine and pretty much bullet proof.
