The United States Supreme Court case of William Marbury Vs. James Madison 1803 - Chief Justice John Marshall Clearly Stated that ANY Law that Violates the Constitution of the United States (of which the Bill of Rights is Clearly a part of) is Repugnant and therefore considered Null & Void. This would also Include Any Amendment to the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States .

They can always slow down the background check process too.

Underfund a little.

Understaff a little.

Obama-Hillary are capable of anything to get their bitter jealousy satisfied.

And how exactly would that work without congress passing legislation effecting something of that nature?'the way
It works now is that when you submit to a NICS check, if you are not given a negative response within 72 hours then the FFL dealer you are attempting to make your purchase from can turn the weapon over to you. Underfunding or understaffing actually would give more people access to firearms. Including people who should not have access. The end result would be the opposite of your implication. But hey, let not let facts and knowledge of the laws get in the way of a good old fashioned fear campaign amirite!!!

Good thing there are three branches, huh?

When Obama uses executive orders contrary to the constitution, he is attempting to do something he has sworn not to do, and it will be the same with Hillary. We all know they really hate that constitution and will try to subvert it and override it in any way they can. That should be a concern to most people except for the koolaidaholics. It doesn't matter if the checks and balances stop them or not, what matters is what they are attempting, which is TREASONOUS.

Speak for yourself.

It doesn't matter if the checks and balances stop them or not,

Actually it does matter. It matters quite a lot. It matters if it stops whoever is in power from doing whatever it is they want to do, if it it is unconstitutional. It matters if a President targets someone for prosecution, for example.

That's the whole point.

What actually matters is that although checks and balances may stop them, all you were concerned with were those checks and balances, not their actions against the constitution, and you were caught red handed. End of story.

Actions against the Constitution. You mean like attempts to pass discriminatory laws?

I guess those who passed DOMA should be imprisoned.

The pipeline is already built. It's one section of it that Obama controls because it crosses the border. He keeps that card in his back pocket to snub Republicans. It's not even that big of a deal. The pipeline still works without it. All it would do is cut down some operational costs. If it is not built it could costs US taxpayers $15 billion since Obama is violating terms of NAFTA. That lawsuit is pending but there is a real chance the Federal Government could lose that lawsuit:

"Jim Rubin, a partner at law firm Dorsey & Whitney in Washington, D.C., explained earlier this year that unlike a typical court case, NAFTA arbitration tribunals are not bound to follow precedents set in past cases."

If nothing seems to matter, all the political bull#, the Supreme Court does matter.

Hillary is but a passing fart in the wind, but the makeup of the Supreme Court will determine our destiny, which is in itself more important than who boinked who in the xxx rated msm war for cash dollars.

Hillary Clinton is a FU candidate, she is a loser from 2008 and will be a loser again. Have faith in the electorate, they will not let you down.

If she comes to power, then she'll be able to get her picks in the Supreme Court.

The feckless GOP won't do a damned thing.

THEN she'll make those EO's.

Why should I disclaim any particular administration?

My point was, I do not operate on faith.

I know you are "Phage" and that your word is usually law, but just because you "say" Hillary won't get her SC picks in, doesn't actually mean that she won't get her SC picks in.

But who knows.

You are, after all. . . . . Phage.

You are the one talking about faith, that it hasn't done much for you.

Your problem not mine or anyone elses.
