The next ‘deplorables’? Clinton campaign rips ‘backwards’ Catholic beliefs in leaked e-mails

In the latest WikiLeaks, it came out that her campaign denigrated with absolute disrespect Catholics and Evangelists in their conversations. That is a voter base that they needed to turn against Trump. Donald's eleven year old tape of locker room banter that they held as their big ace in the hole just got tossed out the window. The Sunday services will be filled with the directed ire and disdain of Hillary's attitude showed towards the very religious crowd her campaign depended on to be offended the most by Trump, God certainly works in mysterious ways lol.

So she's going to lose zero votes by calling "conservative Catholics" backwards, compare that to one of the biggest evangelical leaders in the US that wrote a 5,000 word letter on why we should vote Trump is now calling for Trump to step down and pulled his endorsement.

I'm guessing you won't have a post on that Juicy bit of info will you?

"One of the most notable reactions to Trump’s lewd comments came from Harvest Bible Chapel pastor James MacDonald, a member of Trump’s evangelical advisory council [membership does not equal endorsement]. Over the , MacDonald denounced Trump’s “misogynistic trash that reveals a man to be lecherous and worthless,” according to email excerpts published with MacDonald’s permission by CT blogger Ed Stetzer.
“I cannot and will not offer help to a man who believes this kind of talk a minor error,” wrote MacDonald. He later noted, “No more defending Mr. Trump as simply foolish or loose lipped.” (The Exchange blog offers more details as well as Stetzer’s reaction.)
The other most notable reaction came from Wayne Grudem, a respected evangelical theologian who drew much attention for his July argument that Trump was a “morally good choice” for president. Yesterday, the Phoenix University seminary professor and co-founder of the Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood pulled his endorsement from Trump, writing, “I strongly urge him to withdraw from the election.”

Evangelical Pastors Had Enough.

This puts the Clinton Campaign assault on Americans at around 70% of the population by now.

Baskets, Buckets, and Catholics.

Who's next on their list of enemies?

Wow...theses people are dangerously opinionated. I grew up Catholic, both education and alter boy etc...
I left the church, but respect the oldest religious tradition extant in the west . The original purveyors of Christianity..

They are systematically taking the backbones of American society apart. Evangelical, Catholic...inserting all the social BS.....

We are being engineered, but not enough people are smart enough, to give a snip

Btw...im a practioner of Sahaj Marg Raja yoga with Taoist leanings for 25 years...so dont go forming the normal uninformed opinions because I defended Christians

Well I guess he won't need to post it because you did. And believe it or not, catholics and evangelicals are just like everyone else, they are individuals that will make up their own mind.

But I bet if you asked that leader if he approved of Clintons camp bashing Catholics in such a way is acceptable he would sat absolutely not.

The real issue is once again, the campaign that is all about inclusion is as divisive as their opponents, if not more so.

And don't they bash Trump all the time for religious intolerance with Muslims? But its ok fro them to bash Catholics?

But again, just like honest Abe, one set of beliefs for the public, and one in private.

Forgiveness is a cornerstone of the church.

God will get him later.

Right now they should worry about what Caesar wants and pass on judgement that is not theirs to hold.

Emails from 2011 that appear to be talking about a Article on Murdoch. I even found the Article for you guys because I know the truth means so much to the Hillary hate brigade.

"Murdoch's Best Friend" New Yorker Article

Excellent point. They can throw around "Thomistic" thought and "subsidiarity" and sound sophisticated because no one knows what the hell they're talking about.

Jennifer Palmieri wrote:

I imagine they think it is the most socially acceptable politically conservative religion. Their rich friends wouldn't understand if they became evangelicals.

Ken Auletta's latest piece on Murdoch in the New Yorker starts off with the aside that both Murdoch and Robert Thompson, managing editor of the WSJ, are raising their kids Catholic. Friggin' Murdoch baptized his kids in Jordan where John the Baptist baptized Jesus.

Many of the most powerful elements of the conservative movement are all Catholic (many converts) from the SC and think tanks to the media and social groups.

It's an amazing bastardization of the faith. They must be attracted to the systematic thought and severely backwards gender relations and must be totally unaware of Christian democracy.

Most Hispanic people are not Conservative Catholics, key word Conservative, most Hillary supporters have absolutely no problem with that statement.

The only things these leaks do is show how desperate and failing Trump is, they been leaking all types of info on Hillary and some polls still have her up 10 to 15 points.

The problem is your guy has so many known skeletons in the closet that Hillary appears to be a decent choice compared to the other option.

That's no one else's fault but the people who chose Trump to run against Hillary.

That's the only thing they show? Have you read ANY of them?

The problem is the people who shield their eyes from the curtain that's being lifted to expose the government over years of secrecy and lies.

ah yes the "Church".

They brought untold rape, carnage & death during the Crusades, tortured, brutalized & killed an unaccountable number of woman in the name of the misogynistic witch hunts.

Burnt heretics at the stake & most recently have orchestrated the the systematic sexual abuse of children.

Yes by all means lets us revere the "Church".

Skeletons? Like knowing that Saudi Arabia sponsors ISIS, and yet still accepting millions from them and helping them cover up their crimes, thereby helping ISIS thrive?

Oh wait, that wasn't Trump, that was Hillary.

What skeletons does Trump have that are worse than helping possibly Americas greatest enemy behead gays, take child sex slaves and many other horrible acts?

But only 50% of the entire Republican Party feels offended, you know why? Because most people in this country are not conservative Catholics.

You been reading art of the deal? He says you have to lie and exaggerate and sensationalize sometimes if you want to get your point across.

But Hillary is the person for religious tolerance.

And I assume if you feel this way about the church, you havent criticized Trumps comments on Muslims.
