Are aliens moving the moon, again?

Yes, the data presented in the topic is meaningless without a reference frame.
Maybe there are not sentients moving the moon. Perhaps there isn't even any
intelligence operating on the surface or inside the moon. The moon may be
completely barren and abandoned at this time.

I like the story of the glass buildings that have decomposed over time that were
the object of the final of the NASA moon missions. Perhaps the existence and
the present location of the moon 230000 miles or so away was not a chance
event. Perhaps the moon was chopped off the Earth by another heavenly body
in the past or perhaps it was acquired by the Earth billions of years ago.
The periodic motion of the moon is well known and the distances measured
very precisely by many observatory laboratories.

The moon was moved into earths orbit by using Gravity Wave Amplifiers GWA's like this one



Ignore the remains of the shattered glass tube which covers the crater in front of it, you can see through the glass still although it is broken. The GWA's are made from the same silica resin compound used in Zeta class UFO's.

They have the latest inertial dampeners on them! Float/hover, sub-light speed, and zero to 60 C in a couple nano seconds! And enjoy the smooth ride! Hit a worm hole? These will glide right over those! The Zeta Class also come in a wide variety of colors! If you are really interested, I will ask my manager and throw in a stereo system with both serial cables and wifi!

I should have phrased it how are we supposed to see a Gravity Wave Amplifier, when the picture is so blurry and pixalated.

Perhaps that's a result of the GWA...? No, he said it was broken, didn't he, or implied same. How the heck does he know what it even is??

That would depend very much upon where they're moving it, too.

Crunching it into the Earth would kinda negate the whole "kindly space brothers" thing, IMHO.

Actually doing away with the tides wouldn't be real cool either...

Zeta class crafts were scrapped after the moon relocation failure. The moon was being moved past Earth to a different location but was captured by the Earth when the zeta's power and navigation systems were unable to function at the level required for the task.

Please understand, the thread title was done tongue-in-cheek. I would like someone that's savvy about the moon to explain why it rotates counter-clockwise, or seems to as evidenced by the photos.
