Is this really all you have to talk about? Not the issues, not the policy, just another projected lame duck argument. Kaine got crushed and you know it.

Kaine got destroyed, it was painful to watch. What an embarrassment. To be honest I'm more tempted to vote for Pence than Trump.

North Korea - Trumps taxes! Immigration - Trumps taxes! Homeland Security - Trumps taxes! Yeah, he really exposed who the idiot in the debate is.

If Hillary was looking for someone to spit the same liberal MSM talking points over and over and over again, she nailed it!

You must be referring to that informative quip where you listed some categories of policy questions and put "Trumps taxes!" next to them.

Kaine answered the question on immigration perfectly. He answered the question on homeland security. Neither of them answered the NK question the first time around and both came back with decent answers.

So yeah, save your hypocritical admonitions. Besides, do you REALLY believe you have the faculties to engage in a deep policy discussion?

Pence absolutely wiped the floor with Kaine.

Kaine was like a rabid dog.. he didnt know when to pull back or when to attack and I think Clintons probably cringing at her choice of running mate.

Pence was focused, calm, clear and a decent looking fellow.
Kaine was all over the place, he was trying to get in as many ''democratic'' hit lines as possible - each one falling like a dud missile. He looks desperate, kept interrupting.

Clinton won the debate of presidents and pence won the debate of VP's

I think Clintons win on the debate stage had minimal impact. People knew she's have the edge on him, she's a polished politician, she's had a career in lying and standing at a podium. Trump got out classed.

But the VP debate, i think this had a big impact. People's biggest concern with Trump is he cannot keep calm. With Pence proving himself tonight, it will soften those concerns knowing Pence is beside Trump.

But Kaine, just showed he's a desperate dog looking for a backstabbing opportunity.. next to Clinton it makes them seem like a perfect pairing for each other. They belong on survivor, no in the whitehouse.

I think it's a great idea for Trump supporters to vote Pence as a write-in.

Pence is George W. BUSH 2.0.

Pence slammed Russia and Syria, that was a big surprise and I think Hilary will use it against Trump on the second debate.

All in all I think it was pretty even, pence lost by a couple points for being creepy and not defending Trumps ignorant comments.

Are you serious? Kaine was orders of magnitude less of a "rabid dog" than Donald Trump ALWAYS is. Furthermore, though he was aggressive, he was coherent — something Trump NEVER is.

Half of Pence's responses had nothing to do with anything that's come from Trump. Is he planning to run the country while Trump just makes deals with Russian oligarchs?

If that's not the case then I think maybe he should try to stand on the platform that Trump has put forth not the one he invented that has nothing to do with Trump.

One thing that I think is generally agreeable here is,

Trump picked a better VP candidate than hillary.

Kaine just comes off as a gerbil with rabies. Has this weasel smirk, as if he could audition for the Grinch who stole Christmas.

It's as if, hillary picked the worst VP candidate to piss everyone off.

No he didn't, stop trying to act like he absolutely destroyed Kaine you know he didn't. This is the problem with Trump supporters just trying to overhype your guy because he didn't have a complete meltdown like Trump did in the 1st debate.

I don't get how Trump supporters are criticizing Kaine for interrupting and being aggressive, when that is EXACTLY how Trump debates?

I guess if they are saying Kaine lost because of that...then they are admitting that Trump lost badly in the first debate.

Most of you because I've seen most of you post, most of you are following party lines as to who won the debate.

So ill just put it like this.

Trump didn't do good in the debate but pence did.

Kain was very childish.

When they were polite to each other, I was thinking damn I like both these guys..

Pence had a harder job coming but he still won in my eyes.

I'm a democrat, but I hate hillary.. This election is the worst for someone like me. LOL

Just full disclosure there.

I wouldn't want Kaine to be talking to foreign leaders the way he was talking in the debate.. We already look goofy enough as it is in the last 16 years..

Prnce botherd me with his weird moving around and smiling at awkward times.. I started laughing at abortion I think it was.. Whoops..

I would say

Pence 7/10 weakness being trump/abortion
Kaine 5/10 weakness being Hillary/acting like a kid/repeating himself on things that are misquotes is something I truly detest. reminds me of watching Fox News or something.

Trump has set his own bar so low that if he loses the sniffles on the next debate he would be crowned as the best debate performance in history by the Wingnuts.

Pence seemed low energy to me, he seems like Trump, has a hard time smiling. I think it was a close debate but I think Kaine won, it was a ugly win but when Pence can't defend Trump quotes..
