Today at Great Yarmouth UK we found what looks like a dead Mermaid

top half looks like a decaying spider monkey (or similar type of monkey), bottom half has green color (doesn't match the top half), and could be any number of fish or aquatic creatures

If enough decay had occurred for the skin to be largely gone, I can't see that internal organs would still be intact. They would have rotted out.

Looks weird, possibly someone experimented on a decomposing human/animal, put parts on it then drove to that beach and made it look like it had washed up?

Or a gov experiment that escaped and died got partly eaten and washed up?

Or a huge Hoax? probably is a hoax.

This chimes with my belief that mermaids eat oranges.

I zoomed in on the last picture on Live leak and there is a string tied around the "Mermaids" neck, and pulled tight

Well for one i "hate" that people hoax things to gain success etc.

In this case only a professional can come to a conclusion by testing it..If it's real then cool but until then it's just a washed up lookalike of a mermaid type thing.

Watching the video, I see the "corpse" move from the wind. Not just the tail flapping. It seems to be too light to be a dead anything real.

ETA: Sirenomelia, which is also known as mermaid syndrome, is an extremely rare congenital developmental disorder characterized by anomalies of the lower spine and the lower limbs. Affected infants are born with partial or complete fusion of the legs.

Maybe someone with that condition tried going back to the sea and didn't quite work out for him/her/it.
