We've been through this argument a thousand times it's not an imposition to make people go to the welfare office to sign up for welfare, but it is an imposition to make them go to the same municipal building to get a voter ID. Offer a tv with the ID and they would walk to the municipal building and stand in line overnight to get it. Nothing to see here people move along.
