Yes and No, they can ask for a stay that needs to be granted by a judge and then the 6 months becomes effective is my understanding. I have short video clip that could help but this site to my knowledge does not have a way to add it other than YouTube. YouTube is google and I do not use google.

I do not know why anyone is getting wound up over this anyway, there is a clause in the bill which enables the Secretary of State to postpone any lawsuit for 6 months. After 6 months is up they can postpone it for 6 more, ad infinitum.
