It has everything to do with it. MSM are looking for anything and everything to throw the guy under the bus. Bringing up something from 18 years ago that harmed no one. Open up your eyes. Look around. Take a look at some of the current ATS threads from the "alternative media" and then come whining about serious journalists digging into Trump.

We've got a hoax story about Hillary receiving the debate questions via a NBC intern dressed as a FedEx delivery driver and another hoax thread about a teleprompter that didn't exist.

Yet you're complaining that reputable journalists are uncovering facts.
