I can't find the thread to link it, but this was posted before and it is a hoax.

I believe it was attributed to just a student film project. Regardless a lot of the general info in it is somewhat accurate

Yeah. figured it was but that salot of trouble to go to. making a real page with working links to places,taking e mails and replying back to them too. Elaborate hoax.
