I've been noticing something in this area (small bedroom community near Baton Rouge, LA) over the last few weeks but just this morning while driving around town I paid particular attention. I do not see one single presidential campaign yard placard in this area. Nothing for Clinton. Nothing for Trump. Nada. Zilch. Zero.

This is unprecedented in my experience. It seems I remember always seeing lots of signs for all runners in the past. There is nothing this time around. It's as though even those of us who have decided whom to vote for are embarrased to admit it and would rather not publicly own up to our decisions.

What are you seeing in your area? Are people putting up yard signs for the presidential race? Are there as many as in years past?

Not as many maybe, but they are still there and I'm starting to see more. I'm also starting to see more bumper stickers.

I see tons of Hillary/Kaine signs, and Trump signs in Lebanon New Hampshire area. Both make me want to puke

Nope.

Only for local contests.

I've commented on this observation to a few acquaintances and a couple have commented that they are actually scared to put Trump placards in their yards for fear of violent retributive responses.

In Seattle WA there has been not as many as you'd expect since this is liberal central, and during the last 2 elections there were tons of Obama signs and stickers everywhere.

Now I see a very sparse few Hillary signs in the city, and very few bumper stickers as well (I deliver around the city so see a ton of traffic). Now, once you leave the city and get to Eastern WA I see quite a few Trump signs (many are already defaced "Make america hate again").

But this is a hardcore lunacy election, hard to get behind anyone of these nutjobs.

Only Trump signs and bumper sticker.

Have not seen a single Hillary sign or bumper sticker. Not one.

Western, PA BTW.

Trump signs are all over southern Ohio (northern Cincy).
Honestly, I haven't seen even one Hillary yard sign.

I would be extremely hesitant to put a sign out front or a bumper sticker on the ride after witnessing all the hate for both candidates. Not that I would anyway.

People need to chill out and have some respect for diverse opinions.

I've seen more Trump than Clinton and more Clinton for Jail than Clinton for President.

Even the lady whose entire front yard is a garden so tall the plants are higher than your head and usually rabidly supports every Democrat known to man has refused signs after her Bern got doused earlier this summer.
