Not to be "the one", but that video only shows half the story. What's going on the other side of the camera? What are they all looking at? That "expert" is giving an opinion on only what he can see - which isn't enough in my opinion in this instance.
Besides, they all seem to be secret service given how fast they acted, not to mention the typical jumpiness.
Just sayin'.

I wonder what kind of broadcast delay we will be seeing, I bet if she has a seizure they will edit it out with the delay and go to commercial break. Then come back like nothing ever happened.

No commercials. So if there is one we will know something is up. I bet you're right though. There will be a longer delay than normal . It's usually two minutes I think.
I hope it doesn't get cancelled.

She's been resting and I'm sure will receive medications to alleviate any unusual display of symptoms for at least that hour and a half.
I don't get the feeling there will be any medical drama tonight. Other drama....you bet!!

This video ran here weeks and weeks ago saying basically the same thing. That the fellow rushed in was her handler, her medical assistant. Bosh
There is a disruption in the audience. She stops talking for a moment and focuses on the disturbance which is slightly to her right and down in the audience. That disturbance, a small protest, is enough for him, a body guard, and the other security to come in closer to her. This is all in a matter of seconds.
Does he look at her? Yes, for a split second, he looks at the side of her head. The rest of the time he focuses off stage at the disturbance. Would not a doctor at least once look at her face, look at her eyes? He does not.
Some were saying in that last thread that he was there holding her up. Nope, He was up and in close for protection if needed. Watch the video again.
The other two focus on the disturbance while the big fellow on her left moves in close for body protection. He also is focused on the audience to her right. All the people on the stage are focusing on the same thing. Are they all having seizures?
One of the quotes you offer say he is holding a Valium pen. I watched that video a number of times when it first was posted and now, in respect for you, have watched it several times again. I SEE NOTHING IN HIS HAND. Will you look at it again please and let us know exactly when that supposed pen is seen in his hand?
Then this big fellow takes charge of the other security team and instructs them on what to do next. Do you imagine that a security team would be taking orders with no questions at all from a doctor? No. He was the security cheif ordering HIS security team during the disruption.
Oh wait, oh wait. My apologies. Now that I have watched the video for the 12th time, I do notice a man appear from off stage after she is back on track from focusing on the disturbance. At one point it appears that he might be pulling something out of an inner jacket pocket. Sure it might be a valium pen, but it might also be a pen. What it appears to me to be is a small microphone because it also appears to have a chord hanging from it when he puts it away. . Look again.
I think he is security also.

Or maybe as soon as she started to go weird her handlers gave the signal to the "protesters" to start and take attention away from her...

NO. But that was not the 'evidence' presented in the OP. The video you offer is also another old video. The video you offer is also open for debate. What I see in your video might be indications of a sever medical condition. I say 'might'. It also 'might be an older lady with pneumonia who has just over extended her endurance and needs a rest.
I am not sure of her medical conditions, but I gotta tell you, neither of those two videos presents to me an indication of anything more than a momentary reaction to a threat(the protest) and evidence that she was fatigued from pneumonia and needed a rest.
