Here it is. Dash cam video is still being withheld at the moment but the video taken by the wife is now up.

Why was she yelling, "Keith don't you do it, don't you do it!!"

She really doesn't sound terribly upset, if it was my loved one I'd be coming unglued! But we are always respectful around law enforcement doing there job.
