Seizing cartel assets to help pay for the wall is a decent idea, no?

Also renegotiating various trade deals?

I don't see how he will get through congress either though......nope, I think we are pretty much screwed...

Drug monies are being seized. Not new.

Ya. Heard that. Of course he can do it.

Have you read his update on making Mexico pay for the wall? He's got it down to three days.

There's no price tag on the wall, but, yep, Mexico will agree to foot the blank cheque.

That's how real politics is done...2:30am in a bar with mates.

You asked about how he is going to reduce taxes and pay for everything.

Tax reform plan starts @16:20
Budget overhaul starts @25:05

Be honest... did you even watch it?

There are ways to make Mexico pay whether they want to or not.

Increase fees on all temporary visas issued to Mexican CEOs and diplomats (and if necessary cancel them); increase fees on all border crossing cards—of which we issue about 1 million to Mexican nationals each year (a major source of visa overstays); increase fees on all NAFTA worker visas from Mexico (another major source of overstays); and increase fees at ports of entry to the United States from Mexico.

Can you summarize?
How is he going to increase spending and cut taxes?

Oh wait, he's going to end "waste". And, of course, he will do that without Congress being involved.

I read the policies directly from the Clinton and Trump sites.

He's spelled out his wall policy there. Three days and Mexico will be begging to pay for it.

Call me gauche, but it appears a trifle simplistic. It reminds me of last orders in the bar when we can all set the world to rights. He seems to have a very basic view of people and politics - childlike.

Considering the majority of congress is Republican, do you think Hillary will fare any better? I mean... the Obamatons have been saying for years that he can't get anything done because of congress, hence the executive orders. So why would it be any different?

At least Trump has been doing all the right moves lately, bridging the gaps and getting more politicians on board his campaign every day. Even Rand and Fiorina have endorsed him.

Yeah. His handlers seem to have gotten through to him a bit. Those who actually know what it all means.

Yeah, I don't see Johnson supporters actually voting for Trump or Clinton. That being said, yes more people who would have voted republican are going to vote Libertarian than democrats, but that is only because Stein is also an option, and she only draws from democrats whereas Johnson draws from both. Then there is also the base whom will vote 3rd no matter what. So . . . Johnson is drawing Johnson voters.

Pete for Prez!
