The University of Florida has a crime log, he's not on it.

If you can show that he is, there go for it.

Obviously he was put on the super sekret truther only crime log....

Sweeping generalisations?

What sweeping generalisations?

The University of Florida has a crime log, he's not on it.

If you can show that he is, there go for it.

you just glossed over a direct question i posed to you. and you don't think calling someone a "stupid truther" is generalizing and boxing in ANYTHING he'd have to say?

would he have to be in their arrest log for this action to be unlawful?

and i'll ask you again, directly:

when someone gets escorted off of private property for a non violent/criminal offense, are they typically put into handcuffs first?

He wasn't arrested for the challenge.
He was being stupid.
Now he has a record.
Good luck on that new job offer.

^^ This.

Also, Bob Tuskin is not a journalist. He's just an ignorant toss monkey.

Looks like the answer is yes, doesn't it, but I don't know what their exact procedure is.

Does him being put in handcuffs automatically means he's been arrested?

Almost certainly they walked him to the road, uncuffed him and he went on his merry way.

His freedom wasn't violated long enough to be recognized as such? You really think that changes a thing and those damnd truthers are liars for not researching this little detail? How fricken ridiculous is that?

Marginalize, derail and ridicule any reasonable concern, it's for your police state dayjob after all! Well played, impressive spin. The Star of Irony Iron goes to you for an exemplary well obeyed day:

so you're saying that yes, people typically are put into handcuffs to be escorted off of private property, but YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THE PROCEDURE IS?

if you don't know what the procedure is... how do you know the answer to that question is yes?

does him being put into handcuffs automatically mean that his first amendment right is still being upheld?

check this out, watch how agitated this makes you:

more lies from the OS crowd.

You're deflecting, as is PublicOpinion.

DID HE GET ARRESTED FOR SHOWING A VIDEO OF BUILDING 7?

According to "truthers", yes, he did.

That is a lie.

You are part of that lie if you support it, what you say holds no water when you support liars.

No "truther" bothered to actually find out if this were the case. I did though, and get crucified for it.

That's your messed up, twisted mentality...attack the guy asking the RIGHT questions.

Pathetic.
edit on 18/9/16 by Chadwickus because: (no reason given)

so i'm deflecting when you can't answer a direct question?

looks like you're completely wrong in your understanding of what it means to be escorted off of private property.

he was put into handcuffs for talking to people about building 7.

i'll ask you one more time:

if you don't know what the procedure is... how do you know the answer to that question is yes?

DID HE GET ARRESTED FOR SHOWING A VIDEO OF BUILDING 7?

You may stop screaming now, I get your point. My answer would be yes, 'cause some special snowflake got offended during the presentation just as you got offended, calling us liars for stressing this point. Calm down maybe?

We could also agree to disagree, but that's obviously not within the realm of possibilities here. Pity, innit?

Did someone spit in your burger

Farva?

What kind of human garbage wants someones livelihood taken away for trivial bs?

You probably have singlehandedly provided the worst comment on ATS I've seen in a while.

Yup

a reply to: OtherSideOfTheCoin Interesting debates. I read all the comments between you and facedye and wonder what solutions there are for TUSKIN? The very short video this thread is based on leaves us as viewers with speculation. What happened? Is this all of it? Did he have a business licence or an event and one day license for operating a filmed event on private property such as the campus? I have made guerrilla filmed movies on low budgets less than a 4,000.00 and I know that if you feel you can get some public opinion polls going you should be prepared with film permit. My point being if we are angered about the subject matter of WTC Building 7 as the staple of the media in this thread then let us focus on better ways to prepare our presentation. If we are reactionist about the violation of the first amendment that PUBLIC schooling empowers us then we can debate this. Yet when filming on private property, rights are given to the "entity," ran by a School Board to protect it's students first and foremost. I hear both sides of the argument but I side with "ILL PREPARED EFFORT to convey an meaningful message," and a dispute on the abrupt nature of the officer closing the computer and his reaction to the filming that showed TUSKIN obeying orders. Simply put..."Don't Poke the Bear unless you have honeypots!" Anyway...you guy's got really heated over this? If we have not been anaesthetised to the egregious abuse of powers in today's society then there is still hope for America! P.S. looked for criminal record on TUSKIN for arrest? Nothing!!! IF someone cares that much to debate subject matter of treatment of Tuskin then find the arrest record....besides obviously the Campus police being assholes! I mean it's not proof of some suppression Amendment.."all people hear this if you continue in 911 cases then you will be arrested." SARCASM....
