The video seems to be taken in a south east Asian country although I may be wrong.
You need to be careful in some places because if they knock someone down, it works out cheaper if that person is dead, than paying their medical bills.
So there have been occasions when they reverse over them to dining the job.

Back to the guy in the video.. What an idiot..

Without much of the drama I was the victim...rather my insurance company was the victim...of a similar stunt in Stamford, Conn.
The raghead...he was not from here...ran off the curb in the crowed downtown area, hit the rear of the car and bounced up and said I hit him. Long story short, I called the police, they took our statements and the next thing I know State Farm has paid this guy off...with any contact with me, the policy holder.
Clearly a set up and riff off...settled quickly for a few bucks...I was told the amount.
