Iridescent reflections upon the pools,
Of water stared into by insidious fools,
Reveling the beauty of thy own reflection,
Unable to see all their imperfections.
Drinking in the euphoric state of self love ,
Potation they can't seem to get enough of,
Metaphorically caged within the confines,
Of the covetous cavities of their minds.
Impervious to another's state of affairs,
Grandiose theatrics and putting on airs,
Consumed with vaunting of themselves,
Oblivious to the woes of someone else.
