I actually didn't drink until I was pushing 20 and at college.

I've never smoked anything. For one thing, I was an athlete with asthma. For another, I was an athlete facing random drug tests!

But if Malia is still under his roof, then he has every right to be upset with her.

It was not d.c. It was in Chicago.

The Secret Service maintains an attitude of complete privacy over protectorates - if they 'reported back to daddy' every time a teenage daughter did some normal teenage thing, their ability to protect that person would be reduced, as they'd likely try to duck out on them. The judgement would be if they were in imminent danger, then all hell breaks loose.

I'm pretty sure that if the local police tried to arrest a SS protectorate, the SS would swoop in, brandish a few Uzis off safety, throw the protectorate in an armored car and be gone in seconds. No cop is going to argue with that for the sake of a citation and bragging rights.

Elvis's moves didn't come straight out of a porno. Do you even understand what the whole twerk thing is? It's not just shaking your money maker. Actually understand what is happening there.... and that's ok?

He's taking the opportunity to teach his kids about Drugs. I seriously doubt he expects to 'cut off her rights' to marijuana for her entire life. In some states I believe you have to be 21. She also got to use it before she was busted, and I seriously doubt that was unintended. He had every chance to bust her the first time he has now.

Ummm, most parents of an 18 y/o would do the same so why is it so funny? And too boot, she got caught on camera and she's the presidents daughter. Of course he has every right to rip her a new one. But I guess some people just need more reasons to hate Obama.

So what exactly about my origional post gave you the idea that I was hating on the president?

I called his daughters behavior perfectly normal and even mentioned bush has had similar issues with his daughters.

The real reason Obama was upset?

Smoking marijuana is haram!

I don`t think he really cares but since he`s the president he has to say something to make it look like he disapproves of his daughter breaking the law.

Report back to us when you have a teenage son or daughter and you are thinking about the prospect of him or her presenting you with your first grandchild out of behavior that "is just sexuality."

No, twerking itself doesn't get you pregnant, but it's part of a related constellation of behaviors that trend toward hooking up which can very easily lead toward Malia being "punished" with a baby before she's ready for it.
