So has anything been released or are we jumping for joy for absolutely no reason whatsoever?

It doesn't matter if it has happened or not.

In Trump supporters minds it's already happened, the information was damning and they are shocked people still support Hillary. What does actually evidence matter anyway?

Apparently that is the case.

It would seem logical to wait and see if anything materializes before going completely ape#, but it appears many of our fellow members cannot help themselves.

Not surprised.

There you have it folks.
Discussing the possibilities that might arise here equals... "Going completely Ape#." at least in some members minds.

They don't remember that the DNC leaks were preceded by an announcement that the DNC had been hacked.

Assuming either you've not properly read or comprehended the OP...or that you're simply being rhetorical for the sake of drama.
Giving you the benefit of the doubt, I'll assume the latter...as the OP and the quoted source both clearly stated that nothing has been released from a potential hack.

The source, in this case, is generally accepted as prominent and reliable.

No jumping for joy until Assange releases the 'October Surprise' in a couple of months.

Yes, the OP's source is not in question. It is the OP itself and what you said.

The title of the article is "Clinton Foundation hired cyber firm after suspected hacking: sources". There is no mention of a "motherlode" and the article only gives us the standard speculation about wikileaks and hackers releasing info.

So I find it disingenuous when people say things like this:

While nothing has yet surfaced from this potential hack...It may be coming soon...and it may possibly be embarrassing and incriminating.

"May"..."possibly". You are smart enough not to say that it is a foregone conclusion that the hacks will be released, but you then attempt to hint at it's inevitability by saying this:

but it's a strong source...and one can absolutely expect this story to be all over the Internet and the MSM by tomorrow and for many days to come.

Drudge already has this as their banner headline...so buckle-up!

Very disingenuous thread. The title alone hints at something that may not even exist.

Ever stop to consider the many articles, threads and attention paid to 'pre hacks' is designed to bore everyone to death so that by the time any actual, actionable evidence is presented, everyone will be like , TLDR, another hack thread, so yesterday...

I don't doubt it a bit.
I just tire of the same old worthless crap from the same old tired people.

OP NOTE:
Please let's not get distracted by tactics and terminology designed to deflect the discussion away from it's crux.
Individual speculation based upon information delivered through reliable sources is not disingenuous, but encouraged here.
