Although your OP is quite mistaken in certain areas you answered yourself there too. It is not up to anyone else. It is up to God alone, and the
person.
So really the correct question would be: What are the requirements that God has set forth, and are you living by them?
Not even all good people go to heaven. There are many servants of the true God who never had the hope of going to heaven. And in actuality before
Jesus descended from heaven not one single human ever ascended to heaven.
Jesus was the first person who lived as a human that was resurrected to spirit life and returned to heaven.
There are a few that are called and bought from the earth to go with him during the return of Christ. But even they are still resting asleep in death
awaiting the trumpet call to raise them from the dead.
And all of those who do make it are severely tried and tested and are only granted the crown of life if they endure down to the end faithfully, and by
the rules.
Scripture tells us that there is only one way to life. And that while there are two roads, the large and spacious road with most people on it is
leading them to destruction. The road that leads to life is narrow and cramped, hard to follow, and few are the ones that will find it.
(John 3:13) . . .Moreover, no man has ascended into heaven but the one who descended from heaven, the Son of man.
(Ephesians 4:4-6) . . .One body there is, and one spirit, just as you were called to the one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one
baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
(Matthew 7:13, 14) . . .“Go in through the narrow gate, because broad is the gate and spacious is the road leading off into destruction, and
many are going in through it; 14 whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are finding it.
(Revelation 3:21) To the one who conquers I will grant to sit down with me on my throne, just as I conquered and sat down with my Father on his
throne.
