We were ALL worried, as evidenced by all the messages and nervous lurking.

It is wonderful that you like your doctor and not bad that there was not anything obvious. Get some rest. Don't burn the food...there is always something mundane to remember...

Now I will rest a bit and we might go to a friend's to sit out and look up at the sky. They see a lot of orbs at their place and "other things."

I feel like a little kid, going out to play with friends tonight...haven't done that since before I had white hair!....I mean, scales...(yuk, what an awful thought.)

on the phone with my bank, in tears

I got up from the computer for barely a minute to measure my mattress to buy a new bedframe... My son buys FOUR bedframes in this minute and I'm dying inside and I can't contact the website I was perusing so thought I'd cancel it through the bank and now I'm on hold and hoping they can cancel it and ... yeah

Apparently they can't cancel it until the charge officially goes through, they can't mark it as suspicious or refuse it or anything, wtf. I don't even know. I've contacted the vendor asking them to please please please cancel the order PLEASE (not in those words, but, you know) and if they don't do anything by tuesday/wednesday and the charge properly goes through, only then can the bank dispute it and cancel it.

And I've cancelled my card and getting a new one, hoping that'll just block it. But it might not. And aaarrrgh.

I'm pretty sure there are plenty of ways not to fret. I think worst case scenario would be you just return the frames for a refund.

The bank is aware. They can stop the charges from going through at any point. They are waiting to here from the vendor as a courtesy to give them the opportunity to void sale on their end. So that they dont get fined or have their standing hurt with the card issuer like mastercard or visa etc...when the bank issues a chargeback or refusal. (which increases their fees monthly as a vendor) thats the only reason theyre waiting to here from the vendor. A professional courtesy. Your money wont be taken or if it is it will be returned within 24-48 business hours.

It's all good.

I'm an emotional person, the slightest thing can tip me over. And for me, this is more than "slight". Haven't had a good and proper panic in a month, so, guess it was overdue.

Anyone have a good vendor for child strait jackets? Size 3-4 years?

Oversized winter coat and a lil duct tape. For added bonus you can grab a bicycle helmot, a stick and a pack of M&Ms to keep the lil guy busy for a few hours.
