Orlando shooter's father attends Hillary Clinton rally in Florida

KISSIMMEE, Fla. - Hillary Clinton spoke to a crowd in Kissimmee, just south of Orlando. She was supposed to be talking jobs, but started the speech off paying tribute to those affected by the Pulse Nightclub shooting.

"I know how many people, families, loved ones, and friends are still grieving, and we will be with you as you rebuild your lives."

WPTV happened to notice the man, who has a mustache and was wearing a red hat, behind Clinton. It was Seddique Mateen , the father of Orlando mass shooter Omar Mateen.

Can you imagine if the father of a terrorist who murdered so many homosexuals being featured(directly over her shoulder) at a Trump rally?

And before the liberals jump to defend this cretin let me remind of what he said since the horrendous crime perpetrated by his progeny: The elder Mateen says "I was saddened by my son's actions during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan and that God will punish those involved in homosexuality," saying it's, "not an issue that humans should deal with."

The more important question Democrats should be asking this morning is why would the father of a radical Islamic sociopath be drawn to a party of Hillary Clinton?
I can tell you that someone who said any of the things he said would not be welcome within 100 feet of me and were he to show up at a rally I would see to it he was escorted out because his love of the Taliban and his yearning for the genocide of the homosexual population of the earth is not in line with the thinking of my party or America…
It is forever perplexing to me the Democrats coddle and seek out the approval of Islamic radicals and their "religion" which is long since bereft of humanity..

If a magic moon God exists in the sky I doubt he would've picked the 7th century sociopathic pedophilic warlord to be his mouthpiece but that's just me…

Obama, Hillary - hell, almost the entire left - commit ethical offenses, commit provable crimes, wear sleeveless dresses with their male shoulders on display (have you seen THOSE pictures? Holy crap) and rub it all in America's collective face saying basically, "What are you gonna do about it? Nothing."

The father did not break any laws. The father did not kill anyone.

He used his right as an American to attend the rally and it was his choice alone.

It's sad that his reputation is now tainted because of what his son did, and it's sad that people will use something like this to take partisan political pot-shots.

These people visited their murderer son & daughter-in-law. They saw ammunition and military gear around their apartment, but didn't call police. Arrest them for aiding & abetting Islamic terrorism.

Noor Zahi Salman, Mateen's wife, has been missing for 8 weeks. Media is completely ignoring it. You don't think there is an agenda here?

Exactly. I thought the whole point in our criminal justice system was that individuals are only responsible for their own legal infractions.

If we can place blame onto family members when a person commits an act of terrorism, can't we also do that for every other crime? So when someone goes to jail for beating their spouse or for manslaughter, it's also on on the parents now? What about drug smuggling, DWI's, armed robberies, mass shootings, or suicides? Or does this stipulation only apply to Muslims?

Well now we know for sure who is on who's side.

I don't disagree with you, but there's also absolutely no doubt in my mind that if this involved a similar situation at a Trump rally, the media and the Hillary supporters would be running wild with it. It just looks bad. While the father certainly isn't guilty by association, its probably the last visual that the Hillary campaign was hoping for to come from that rally.
