Apparently it depends on if the post is "public" or not and FB also counts views even if it has been viewed by the same person multiple times.

Actually, it appears the FB views are much more complicated.

While views are automatically generated when someone sees or scrolls past the video, especially if they use auto-play, it is not indicative of how many actually view it. Also, YT does not count auto-play views in their count.

So unless we are privy to FB or YT info, we cannot say how many people actually viewed the video.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that any paid shill working for either candidate merely needs to 'log in' and 'watch' and 'like' and 'dislike' and 'comment' to add their opinion to 'the record' on all the most popular social media websites.

Some paid shills have many, MANY sock puppet accounts per website.

The money being pumped into this 'Ministry of Information' machine is to ensure it remains consistent in both presence and opinion.

Let me also kindly add again that videos on YT and FB are separate, they are not connected so views don't carry over to either side if you still think so. YT has it's own server where uploaded videos exist, same goes for FB.

That is, if I didn't interpret you wrong in your thinking that they were in the first place.

That is not entirely true, but I'll just say it's fair enough. What that means is that we cannot accurately say how many views that video may of had, correct?

YouTube did a 'subscriber' clean out recently. It was determined that those subscribers removed were inactive accounts, most of which had no activity outside of specific channels. PewDiePie lost 600,000 overnight and did a vid on it, he touches on YouTubes "reasons".

and of course YouTube is managed by Google, and of course Google allows 3 accounts per mobile phone number, and of course many people own more than one phone number, and of course, that's just one website I'm referring to.
