All I can tell you is, and this is base on my experiences working for a immigration lawyer, Annee, and I am no defending Trumps wife.

Is going to be very hard to prove that she did wrong doing while been in the US with a tourist visa and that is a fact.

None of the illegal immigrants that the lawyer I worked for got in trouble for been illegals, working on fake SS or over staying on their original permits as long as they pay their dues to get legal everything is forgotten.

Now if Trumps wife was already legal when she marry Trump then this will no have any impact on Trump campaign.

what does this have to do with donald? when you are you dating someone do you ask see to see paper work proving that they are in the country legally? do ask to see paperwork proving that they are a legal citizen.
they are married so she is here legally now, besides if hillary gets her way there will be a whole lot more illegals in the country and many of them will be criminals or terrorists.

I'm not blaming Melania at all. She did what she had to do to better her life.

The issue is Trump's platform on immigration.

So you can not work on a tourist Visa..You can "Apply for a work Visa" while on a tourist Visa. The work Visa is typically H1-B.

But as to your original claim that you can work on a tourist Visa?..No, you need to apply for a work visa.
