I know I am in some Pain

Pain

I know I'm in some pain
really difficult to explain
I guess I just did it again

When I caressed you and held you in my arms
I felt you pull me tight, like you never
wanted to let go, let go

Gave you my heart all of it and more
I guess it wasn't enough, how was I to know

Gave you my heart all of it and more
why did'nt I see I needed to give more

It all is the same, I went and played the game
and gave it my all
Which apparently is not worth much at all

I know I am in pain, i did it again
Gave you my love, gave you my touch gave all
That I had to give......to you

That was my choice, no regrets and nothing to forgive
just caught off guard didn't see it coming, didn't have a clue
I gave it my all, I gave you my heart I gave it all to you

I know I am in some pain
now maybe I can explain

I know I am in some pain

I did it to myself, I left my doors and windows
wide open, nothin' to hide
But you had secrets, secrets I still do not
understand

Not bitter, just doing a self exam
I know that even in this pain I'm still a good
man

I know I am in pain, i did it again

So let the pain do its' drain, that is a healthy
thing

I did it again and now I can explain
