This political statement by Cartoonist Joe Heller brilliantly explains the difference between the Trump campaign platform and the Clinton campaign platform.

Trump's ideaology of doom and gloom, and his rhetoric used to arouse the masses to action, coupled with his messianic claim that "he alone" can fix the nation's woes, with him as executor of this nation's highest office, from the top down, are illustrated as you read the cartoon's message from the "top down".

HRC's message that "It takes a village" and we're stronger together and that we can only "do this if we do it together" are illustrated by reading the cartoon text from the "bottom up".

Kinda a glass half empty, or half full conundrum of perspective.

Just brilliant!

That is brilliant. I hope this election cycle is enough to convince the majority to stop looking towards scumbags to have their best interests at heart. America needs a paradigm shift that leads us to take responsibility for our own lives and how we want our society to operate. These two people are no more than corporate figure heads for sale to the highest bidder.

Get Money out of politics.

Sounds like he managed to fit all the media's talking points into one cartoon. It's a shame he will only compare words, not actions.

It would take a cartoonist to be able to find anything of integrity about Hillary.

Anyone that still supports her after the blatant criminal behavior at the Dem convention, let alone her full history of corruption and lies is hopeless.

Keep your blinders on.

"So don't try to convince me that it's getting worse"

“We don’t know how their story ends, but we know how the story of their economic lives have begun,” says Taylor. “Whether it’s income, whether it’s wealth, whether it’s poverty, whether it’s employment, unemployment – all the classic measures. And you correct for inflation and you make it an apples to apples comparison, they’re doing less well [than their parents].” It's the economic insecurity, says Taylor, that makes Millennials see marriage as out of reach.

bigthink.com...

Yeah, things are clearly going in the right direction.

Very clever. I'm sure we'll be seeing this a lot on Facebook. It's a perfect example of the insipid simplistic American politics.

Um,

Clinton's campaign message is lie lie lie, cheat cheat cheat, murder, flip flop positions, corruption and more lying.

At least Trump actually addresses reality.
The economy is not good, far too many Americans are out of work. Continuing to allow illegal immigration is not helping Americans and allowing middle eastern refugees to come here without background checks is stupid.

But I guess being "brilliant" depends the observer's mental capacity.

How did the doom and gloom political strategy work for the GOP in the last 2 elections?

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over but expecting a different result every time.

It's a bout perception....the electorate wants a positive message not anti everything BS.

And here I thought to find a thread filled with

The pundits for Hillary can be quite tiring. This is what you get though, when the media is owned by progressives lock-stock-and-barrel. That, and 20 Trillion dollars worth of debt.

The CLIMATE is out to get people, and if you read the DNC platform they went so far as to call it RACIST.

The RICH are out to get people.

Wall Street is out to get people.
