You might be right, we'll have to see if Hillary gets the same post convention bounce Trump did. If so I'd say the money is gonna start flowing their direction. If not, who knows. Past history would lean toward you being right but this cycle is such an outlier in so many ways.

True. This one is hard to place.

But even Michael Moore thinks Trump has it. If I had money to wager, I'd bet in favor of a Trump win.

I don't like it and I don't think it will end well in the long run, but that's definitely how I see it going. We're a reality TV society and Trump's a good ringmaster.

The monied elites of this world are dividing and conquering. Why is everyone OK with this? This is literally a psyop to keep us busy ripping each other apart while the rich plunder the planet and erode our freedoms.

We don't need the elites to tear us apart. We are doing a fine job with out them. I hold this very thread as evidence.

Supposedly logical thinking individuals in this thread and ideology has gotten in the way of our humanity.

I'm going by what is taking place in the media. To me, it looks like people with money are taking our weaknesses/our divisions and exploiting them. The more we fight, the more the people at the top win, because there's no meaningful opposition coming from the ants. We can't unite around a common purpose long enough to do anything about problems that actually matter.

That's my point. Not that we should be bringing back The Terror to "take care of things", but that we could be working toward common interests as a push back against monied interests. Examples of this would be the environment, better/more reliable healthcare, better/more flexible working conditions, an end to usury, ending or at least reducing war-like behavior, more pathways to educational achievement, etc.

It is , however WE are also the experts at conflict, YOU haven't been trained to destroy a system you oppose ,I got the COLD WAR programming( THE COMMIES thing) ,YOURS is activism.
