Who would get out of a perfectly safe car in the middle of a Tiger enclosure, walk around it and NOT expect anything untoward to happen, after all, Tigers are just cats right .... so .... WHAT is this woman thinking? She survived as did the guy who got out of the same car to help. However, the second woman to get out of the same care did not survive, she was attacked by a second big cat. (Note . ... You do not see the second and fatal attack)

This is actually so stupid that the phrase "well deserved" comes to mind. She earned it.

Never mind getting out, I wouldn't even go through it with my doors unlocked. Saw a video last year of a tiger opening the door of a car going through the safari, they crapped their pants real fast.

Have not seen an update as to their status, hopefully the Chinese Gvt will see sense and let them live. Here in the UK i'm pretty sure the authorities would have them destroyed, for doing what comes naturally - never mind the stupidity of the crazy Human people that set actions in motion.

I swear, are people really that dumb or was she looking for a Pokemon?

What I find so scary is how fast and easy the tiger dragged the girl away!

I'm sure her conscience will always be plagued with the fact that her friend was killed because of her own careless actions.

And that was a really stupid time to play chinese fire drill.

The tigers thought:

Yeah, it did show how POWERFUL those beasts are, even though she was Chinese and looks like she didn't weigh a lot it was scary to see how easy and fast she was dragged away in one fell swoop. Don't mess with them Kittens

I don't think most people realize how powerful and viscous animals can be. I drove through a lion safari that has tens if not hundreds of lions running around. No way would I get out and these cats would jump up on the hoods and everything. I once saw a hunting buddy deer hunting and shot a buck. He weighed over 300 lbs. He walked up to it and the deer wasn't dead and thrust his horns into him and threw him about 12 ft. in the air.

I had a 55lb. chow that went crazy one day and it was a fight for my life literally. At 3 years old approximately they are either fine or they turn on you. The dog was sleeping one day while watching football and the wife was cooking in the kitchen. All my dogs were trained at the police K9 training center when young. Anyway, he woke up and went to the kitchen and started growling at her. She yelled for help and when I walked up and reached for his collar he went on full blown attack mode. We fought all the way through the living room, down the hall, and into the master bedroom, where I had a baton laying and was able to knock him out. I had to have stitches all over both arms as he was going for the throat. I am 6' 1" and weigh about 220lbs. I have both fought in competition and been in the Army and other things. It was a hell of a struggle. I can't even imagine a cat at least 6 times the size of him. You just have no hope.

There was a series of videos called "faces of death" which were snuff films. I watched one and this guy and his wife were in Yellowstone Park here in the US where there are grizzly and black bears. There was a huge black bear (500lbs. or so) standing on its hind legs by the passenger side just in front of the car. For those that don't know, black bears attack and mean to kill and eat you. Other bears often attack for territorial reasons or protecting cubs or a kill site. Anyway, his wife had the video cam rolling when this moron gets out of the car with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and attempts to feed this black bear about 2 ft. taller than he was. He held out the sandwich and this bear was looking at him like WTF and about 5-8 seconds later the bear just lunged down and crushed his skull with one bite. It was terrible.

Actually in the few rare cases that tigers have killed keepers in the UK they have let the tiger live as normally they recognise there has been a breech in safety protocol on the human side.

Though the zoo deaths here have generally been accidents as the tigers are pretty much tame, just the idiot zoo keepers forget the animals strength and get there necks broken in cat "play". Its one thing when your tabby pounces on your leg for games but another when its 600lb tiger. But cats will be cats.

Oh, I don't think the Chinese govt will kill those people, but I'll be careful next time I visit a zoo in London...
