The below video shows Hillary Clinton having some sort of seizure now Im not a professional but having someone who has turns like this in charge of nuclear weapons scares the hell out of me is this a turn,is it her trying to be funny there are plently of bobble head videos of her but this is different,there is a rumour she sustained some sort of brain injury and this could be some sort of tick...or maybe we need Billy Graham,Dean Winchester from supernatural and the holy water....what do you think

It just looks like she's exaggerating her head movements from all the people who are talking at once to her right. Nothing "epileptic" about this.

She was acting surprised because that is her daughter Chelsea interrupting her with a question.
Not a seizure and nothing weird, except that it's Hillary and that in itself is pretty gross.

What I meant to write is that it;s her Reptilian Handlers from the Center of the Moon downloading an unscheduled update to her server.
