Russia And China Prepare For The Day When They Will Nuke The United States

Just browsing through some China and Russia stats, and I came across this page...

While Barack Obama is busy gutting the U.S. nuclear arsenal, Russia and China are rapidly preparing for the day when they will nuke the United States. To most Americans, it sounds very strange to hear that Russia and China are concerned about nuclear war. After all, isn’t the Cold War over? Isn’t that what politicians from both major political parties keep telling us? Unfortunately, the truth is that Russia and China both consider the United States to be their number one geopolitical threat, and both nations have been systematically strengthening and updating their strategic forces. At the end of last month, Russia held a large-scale military drill that involved the launch of four nuclear missiles, and the Chinese government released a major report for the public which included maps showing what would happen to major U.S. cities in the event of a nuclear attack by Chinese submarines. Obama may blindly believe that wishful thinking and unilateral disarmament will keep the United States safe, but Russia and China are taking a much different path. Both of them believe that a military conflict with the United States in the future is quite likely, and they are rapidly preparing for that eventuality.

It was quite an interesting article, and they sourced their points quite well. I was glad to find it. Unfortunately, It left me feeling a bit uneasy. Just how ready would we be if Russia and/or China pulled a surprise nuke attack on us ? In the past MAD guarded us against that, but with Obama's appeasement tactics, are we as good as sitting ducks now?

Here's the most solid response you could possibly be truthfully given: It depends.

If the Chinese and Russians launched a fully successful first-strike against the US, that would invoke a response from our NATO allies. MAD is still about 99% effective today. Stealth and hypersonic capabilities are a bit of a game changer, but you shouldn't lose any sleep over it.

The United States and it's nuclear armed allies still have the most advanced anti-nuclear defense system in the world. It's 2016, a surprise attack large enough to completely disable NATOs ability to respond to a nuclear attack is just not possible.

The moment Russia or China turn the key the world is as good as gone.

What bothers me most is Russia's silent subs. 5 off of each coast and in as little as 15 minutes we are toast..and since Obama has basically told them where are land based nukes are, they could be gone too without an opportunity to launch, leaving us with just our subs.

Not to mention our nuclear power BOOMERS which are stationed and on patrol constantly with merv warheads. One thing about Nukes IMO is it has almost made winning a war a fairy tale.

Is it possible that nearly everything going on with this and the chest thumping are 99.9% for internal consumption and have little to do with reality? I think it is.

China and Russia have always put on a show for their own people.

I'd think the reality is, they are just as fearful of the idea of a nuclear war as anyone. They would be mad otherwise and I think their leaders minds work just fine.

No money, no fun plays a part also. Without customers for their products, they starve, they have no funds for weapons and military and I doubt they want that either.

Hahaha , sorry , just had to laugh. And why , pray tell , would China and Russia nuke the US? Betchya you cant answer .

OF COURSE THEY ARE.

The Oligarchy is setting them up to make ashes of the USA . . . to enable quicker and easier overt establishment of the NWO on our ashes . . . literally.

The plan includes reducing the Western nations to 3rd world status . . . part of that delusional strategy is 'for the good of the planet' . . . 'for the children' . . . in the screechy one's terms.

The cackling one seems way overly eager to get to pressing the red button.

And with the current Destroyer of the Republic having greatly neutered our military . . . it is kind of like Pearl Harbor all over again . . . only this time, they've greatly neutered our capacity to respond.

I have a good solution
The Corporate and Banking Lobbyists should be on the front lines with any war with China since they helped beef them up by selling all our industrial tech and machinery to them and not one lower or middle class American should help fight.

They threw many Americans under the bus for greater profits so they need to have some skin in the game.

I talked to a number of well connected military folks when I lived there.

The Chinese see this as the Chinese century and hopefully the Chinese millennium.

They expect to take over Australia for their people--good bye, Aussies . . . and they are not planning on shipping them anywhere.

They expect to have at least half the USA . . . if Russia insists on the other half.

They are utterly convinced that the Chinese people, culture, leadership, Party, military can survive a nuclear war with massively more Chinese left than anyone else. They figure they can repopulate and rule the world easily enough, after that--according to their values etc. etc. etc.

They are DEADLY SERIOUS about such plans.

BTW, . . . one of my good friends . . . father of a grad student . . . the grandfather of the student . . . was even then still treating Central Committee folks he was in such high esteem even in retirement.

I hate to tell you this but the Russians have known where our missiles are for years even before the START Treaty 2 stuff. You could search through this site for threads from before Obama even took office that talk about where the nukes are. The missile locations have not been secret for a long time.

I actually agree with that, other than McCain would have brought Palin with him.

I find your incredulity at my assertions slightly amusing but also sad.

One of my closer Chinese friends and his wife are now citizens in the Midwest USA. He was a faithful Party member for his own welfare and a good job. He has often been skeptical of my assertions about his homeland.

Nevertheless, my expectations and predictions have persistently come more true than his.

However, feel free to dismiss them and ignore them. They will come true to whatever degree with whatever modifications far sooner than I'd ever want to see.
