To me, the shooter looked local. But that's a whole different ball of wax.

Might be a religion of peace attack however, native or not. I would be careful concluding either way.

So, let me ask you this... if "the West" is responsible for creating terrorists and their actions because of its overbearing presence in the Middle East, if this does turn out to be a German Nationalist who snapped, can his actions be blamed on the overbearing presence of Islamic refugees and immigrants in Germany?

Well dear we can and we cant, it deppends of their education, the thing is if it was a white cristian guy, the headlines would be "Shooting", if its a white muslim guy he headline is "terrorist".
The german should not forget they also needed the help from other countries once, and not just that, and what about the muslim families that live in germany for more then 60 years, are they not German?
Refugees are refugess anywhere in the world, and we had a few running from Germany, not muslim....
The thing is if we want to be the owners of reason and moral values, we need to make the stand, not behave like territorial beasts in heat.

The problem with your stance is that you are trying to promote an idealistic utopian ideal where evryone is inherently good and there are just a few bad apples.

However, in the real world the bad apples keep on coming from the same barrels, and when polled those barrels largely support the violence, e.g. the percentage of muslims who think homosexuals should be stoned to death, who want sharia law, who think women are inferior to men and should have no voice, etc. I doubt you'd even dare to mention transgender issues to them at all or they'd probably cut YOUR head off.

It isn't one or two, it's well over 50% of them.

And sadly it's people like you who have some psychological issue who feel that they need to keep on flapping their tongue to show everyone how "enlightened" or "politically correct" they are because, you know, it makes you feel better than "ordinary people" who "just don't get it", etc.
