I dont know much about this woman but is she a loose cannon, or just blowing steam? What do the people of Great Britain on the Forum think of her and what she's saying in regards to this?
"would not take a decision that kills millions of innocent people," saying: "I do not believe the threat of mass murder is a legitimate way to go about international relations."

Well, she must be doing something right. She's got all of you convinced she's going to nuke the world as soon as she can!
That's more or less the point of MAD. If everyone believes she will, then no one will test her. Did none of you learn this? And have none of you been studying our frenemies who have been steadily ramping up their own militaries and armaments, treaties be damaned.

"Which part of the non-proliferation treaty do they not understand?"
All of it. I could be mistaken but my impression is that we’re only supposed to have the one warhead we supposedly had at the time of signing the treaty. We’ve already broken it so this really comes as no surprise.

I have no idea, that's why i posted in hopes someone knew more about this Woman. Is she a nutcase? Is she like Reagan threatening to push the big red button?
There's a lot of stuff going on right now in the news, tensions are high, I'm just asking what people think nothing more.

Are you assuming that just because she says she's prepared to strike that means she's talking first strike?
Who cares?
They are calling her the Ice Maiden, is that posturing for the perceived enemy? Or narcissistic psychopathic tendency?

She's taking the same stance as Cameron, Blair and Thatcher. Even though they are Labour and Conservative PMs, they lived on the side of hawks.
May's an accomplished politician and is able to be more outspoken about nuking places because she's blown by the winds of popular opinion. It isn't anything the other three weren't thinking, it's more acceptable today to come out and say it.
Being an elite politician means she also knows the likelihood of nukes being used is almost zero.
I'm more in line with reducing nuclear weapons and side more with the doves. Saying that, I wouldn't want a leader who wasn't prepared to authorise a nuclear strike. As long as anyone has nukes, leaders have to be prepared to say they'll use them. Saying otherwise would leave a nation open to intimidation from those saying they would use nukes.
On top of that, the BREXIT vote means having to puff out the feathers and leverage importance to remain relevant on the world stage.
