Do you, in all seriousness think this will not be abused? I understand you are LEO and your comment's are usually fair and reasonable coming from a LEOs perspective.

Yay! More police state! Not a chance in hell would I ever agree to that.

Sounds like the forced blood draws they have going on, strap you into a chair and draw blood and stick their statist fingers in your mouth.

Perhaps you missed the part where I said exactly how this could be abused, and that if done in that manner that it would a rights violation?
