Hour Glass

You are from the futures past...
A grain of sand, stuck in the hour glass.
From when they started time a new,
You stayed for me... so I stayed for you.

We could've fell like all the rest,
Forgot our love and started fresh.
But love like this was meant to last,
Through every turn of the hour glass.

New beginnings

There's a beginning in everything that ends,
A chance for you to start over again.
It doesn't have to be the death of you.
Could be your chance at something new.

There's hope in every dream that dies.
In fond farewells and sweet goodbyes.
That maybe paths will cross once more,
And you'll dream the dreams you did before.

Not Alone

You are not alone, there are others who,
Think exactly the way that you do.
Who watch in silence and observe,
The insanity humans have incurred .

But the time will come when your voice,
Will be heard, there'll be no choice,
But for them to hear what you speak,
Because your thoughts are what they seek.

Within the depths of every mind,
They know we're running out of time,
To correct the disease that's infected us,
To fix the things that we know we must,
For the sake of this world and humanity,
It's time to stop the insanity....
