Pokemon Go

When i first heard about Pokemon go, i was thrilled, i actually was.. Not of the game, but of people interacting in activities.. If it is a spyware or intel gathering i couldnt care less. Probably most of us are already profiled by our Creditcard transactions, smartphones and internet activity.. Do i care if someone knows more about which porn websites im watching? No, not really.. Im a transparent kind of person, you want my webrowsing? go ahead..
I downloaded it, with a bit of creativity since it hasnt been released in my country yet..
The game is simple, it relies on your GPS and you interact through your phone with the real world.. Suddenly i did something i havent done since i was a kid, i collected pokemons and i hunted pokemons..

I saw people who hasnt seen the daylight, people who never moved from place to A to place B if it wasnt food, i saw families interacting with their kids, i saw people gathering in the real world doing something fun, unique but most of all.. They were interacting..
And i realized this game could maybe change our society in the way we interact with it.. It teaches us about places, it moves us out of our comfort zone..

The game will be community based, the developers will listen to the community on what they want from the game..

Nintendo might have done it yet again and changed the world into a better place..

Everyones playing this #ing game except me! I'm too stuborn to give into the data plan price extortion going on. I'm thinking of breaking and getting a tablet plan : 10$ per gig, robbery.

Yes the concept is nice. Been playing for3 days... Implications of this game though may outweigh the positives.

People are walking around head down more than ever...

A family member of mine, a marine, was back from the ME and wasn't listening in the car to his dad who was trying to just talk... But the marine, head down said go here and here etc ... Yes just got a staryu!

So unless all of a party are participating, the game will strain relationships

I'm seeing this crap all over in the last few days.
I think the zombie apocalypse has started.
People are literally chasing down non existitant cartoon characters, it kinda sad.

Waiting on one of two new games : Pokemon Go Far Away and Pokemon Watch Where the Bleep You're Going. But that's just me.

Play Pokemon GO without Leaving the House







The lazy ones and cheaters will be lazy ones and cheaters for their whole life!

This reminds of a star trek :NG episode where everyone gets sucked into putting a game that is very simplistic on with some head wear and are being mind controlled by other beings for take over.
I'll stick to card collecting..used to enjoy Pokemon and like picross (a puzzle).. now I'm thinking suduko, puzzle book made from paper is better,
