So, in researching training, out of curiosity, I noticed this ...

The CIA calls their training:
"CIA University"

As far as I can tell, this is NOT an accredited University.
I could be wrong - so if anyone finds contrary information, I welcome it.
But, if it is not accredited, then... why is the CIA allowed to call it "University" but Trump is not?

People at high levels never get training. They might have a briefing among a hundred other briefings but, no training.

Hmmm...That seems to contradict the link in the OP:

In the Freedom of Information lawsuit brought by The Daily Caller News Foundation, the department to date has failed to deliver any documents showing that Clinton ever enrolled and passed mandatory State Department courses that instructed officials in the proper handling of classified material.

Yeah if think the SecDef, or SecState, Director CIA, or NSA are doing mandatory training your fooling yourself. An aide might fill out the paper or maybe not it depends on how well the SSO wants to maintain it paper work. Nobody is doing any training. That is just the way it has always been.

Please. I guarantee all of the above are HIGHLY instructed on how to keep as much information from the public as they can possibly get away with. You are fooling yourself if you think they aren't.

I wasn't trained on the complex tax code so I can't pay taxes.

Problem solved.

Purchasing power restored.

Unfortunately for that line of thinking, taxes don't take a significant amount of purchasing power from those on the bottom. They don't take a significant amount from anyone in the US actually.

Anyways, people at the bottom and people at the top always go through different sets of rules. It's a double standard but until the world becomes a meritocracy it's not going to change.

How conveeeenient!

Especially with no permanent Inspector General around at the time either !!!

Hillary & Obama *own* this entire Hillary debacle.

How about-- there was a lot of mud thrown on this, and obfuscation
bordering on obstruction, by almost everyone involved in the investigation:
because just about everyone is culpable? Now it's who trains the 'clueless'?

Hey what the heck was this thread about? Oh yeah, Hillary's not trained.
It doesn't surprise me Mz Smarty Lawyer Panties would bother with anything
so boring and insignificant as stewardship of her department's communications.
With only the lives and safety of mere slugs to consider, time for yoga.

Besides pleading ignorance to something at which you spent a lifetime
should get you, in a country of other than amoebae-consistency brain droolers,
a free eight foot very sturdy scarf and fitting room with closed circuit TVs.
But my apologies to the overwhelming majority of ATS members-- and
otherwise upstanding and comparatively productive single cell organisms.

It's not just obvious the fix is in, the addict is dead by pincushioning.
[top to bottom, through and through] the banana republic has rotted to
liquefaction-- and a shriveled black stinking husk on the dinner table.

PS There's an upside to this, maybe only one. If you're nice and loosened
up, when the truck hits you less bones break. Don't really want to try that
at home... or FFS on the way home. But #7 loose I propose to soon git.
Hear Ye Hah. There goes the Pudge.
edit on 12-7-2016 by derfreebie because: I ain't trained by virtue of documentation, but training.

Thanks. Cost me a chunk of change to bring this theory this far, but I'm really interested in chasing this theory down the rabbit hole.

It sounds like she either felt she was "above" the training and intentionally refused it, or neglected to do what was required, or perhaps tried and failed. None of which is surprising.

I would think that someone who is qualified to be appointed as Secretary of State should already have enough experience to be fluently educated in subjects such as national security, including proper handling of secure information.

And you know, even as first lady, Arkansas and the WH, she had her nose in everything!

Did she learn anything? Does she even care?

Look where we are now.

Personally I think she's been too lucky to be stupid.

Totally not a good person. Booooo hillary!

McD's has something like 'Burger University' although they apparently can issue college credit. For what, I'm not sure.

Weeeell, for a lot of 'the big people' this gets waived. In fact, for a lot of us littler people, if everyone's basically worked for the same group on a similar project, at the kick-off meetings they will ask if everyone is ok with waiving the formal read-on and just signing the paper work. Which almost always happens. There will be a very brief explanation of what is considered verboten and what's open lit so you can't say you didn't know.
