Being weary of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union TFEU as this gives authority to legislate the principles of law in those areas where EU law operates, this is why no one really wants to invoke article 50, as it’s a minefield of stature, agreements on different levels constantly invoking new laws and clauses.

An example, association agreement replaces a cooperation agreement thereby intensifying the relations between the partners that invokes clauses on Law Politics and the Judicial process of a country meaning the EU can meddle a lot in a country.

Enter at your peril, leave at your peril, did we not fight a few wars to end this dictatorial leadership approach? was not the idea of the EU to forge closer economic links within Europe for the good of the people of Europe? not to give operational control of the members to an elite whose objective is questionable to say the least are we about to hand control not to politicians who are ill equipped to deal with the magnitude of the legality involved in invoking article 50 then the UK government would have to effectively give control to an executive made up of a multi skilled/specialist legal team of constitutional lawyers, immigration lawyers, business lawyers, the list goes on and on and on to decide the fate of the UK, this would no doubt me monitored by politicians heavily, but would the complexities of law be understood in the decision making of politicians and visa versa would the Lawyers truly understand some of the subtleties of international politics and within 2 years formulate a working agreement with the EU before a hard exit is dropped upon the UK meaning out with no deal done, realistically this would be in no one’s interest to bring into place but it seems in or out Law will be placed upon us without our real consent or understanding!!!!!!

The whole of Europe should sign a vote of No Confidence in the EU for grossly over applying its agreements on Europe and its member states and a new and fairer system should be brought into effect, closely and extremely monitored.
Leave or remain is no longer the question, but the Functionality of the EU/Democratic machine itself is!!

We should now be addressing, rather than dividing the country and Europe as a whole on the absurd tactics and involvement for all EU countries with the conglomerate dictatorship of the EU legislator that has managed to formulate a disenchanted division in Europe when its aim is to allegedly bring about the integration of European’s.

Act we must sensibly and methodically, against a new threat, that division will not conquer, in a unity of Europe against an out of control dictatorship, once again, for our commonality is our birth right to live in freedom and without fear in our lives and for our children’s children to enable a Europe of Love, Compassion, Truth and understanding with Opportunity for all, Education for all, A Health system for all, first within Europe and then globally to reignite a Status Quo for all….

I HAVE A DREAM AND AM NOT THE FIRST TO HAVE……… an idea of true equality for all Men and Women.
The representation of people by an elect should mean that!!!! but now the shallowness of this representation only serves to create division and ridicule, within the people by the people, Division amongst us serves only further contempt of ourselves and in doing so we give away.

We give away our unifying tool to say NO!!!! NO!!!!! NO!!!! NO!!!! we as a species have now sacrificed to much of ourselves for the representative’s fighting futile wars that have never solved the problems, scrapping by on futile wages to subsidize banking errors? Whilst pharmaceutical companies reap the rewards of our mass production of disease.

We berate and levy ridicule on us without blame on our representatives that we elect as great minds and our supposed problem solvers only to be cast into austerity woes and wars in a constant wasteland repeated.

Am I just a dreamer to think that there cannot be a better way? is it not defeatist to think that we constantly have to live in a surreal groundhog day making the same mistakes over and over again because we lack unity oppressed in to division and the bigotry of our identity as a populace only fulfilling a kind of self-fulfilling prophesy of neglect to our own humanity and existence?

We can never again be manipulated into killing each other for the alleged greater good Mothers Father’s Sons and Daughters are not ever again to be used in the Futile Arena of manipulated suicide for monetary loans to switch from side to side for the only goal in this corrupt business is MONEY POWER and CONTROL OVER US!!!!!

So is the EU such a big problem? as a species, it’s just one in a series of issues that we urgently need to address in ourselves and in those we choose to represent us?

Is our self-destruction a matter of time with our ingrained disability of populace normality a twisted manipulation of the masses?
The Global-gate of epic proportions that we instinctively feel, but have very little insight of how to form a unified opposition to, due to the fear of fear the choice of normality and a monotonous circle of fear oppression and self-control a form of civilized slavery on a global scale not so civil in certain parts of the world children developed in areas of war dejected oppressed deceived who’s families are butchered and the survivors become full of hate and vengeance with only one aim conditioned to exact the ultimate sacrifice and unleash there pain and terror by giving pain and terror to others, so is this the norm to glance at before the gym?

How true before we had speech, grunting or any form of sound recognition, we must of communicated in some manner?

We all have experience yours or mine is no greater or lesser, it is our individuality that ties us together, but unfortunately produces our greatest intolerance's towards each other, as our religion or our formulated/influenced ideas in our journey of experiences, set a state of mind, that cements our opinion, separating our conscious... inter-connectivity.
