Was her intent to pass classified info on to her attorneys, or was her intent to have her attorneys go through and remove her personal emails? There's a difference.

That very intention to pursue purjurious statements was made very early on, almost at the beginning of comittee hearing.

Also, what I am hearing are questions that thier offices are probably getting flooded with namely (paraphrasing) "how is her actions not gross neglect?"..and to explain over and over as to "what does intent vs. no inintent"

Many of the questions posed to Comey are specific enough, though scattered around the room, are aimed right at the heart of "lying to Congress"....Purgury/General Purury/False Statements.....

Also, destruction of evidence etal. since Comey can show that many of the requested emails were destroyed after the requests.

The passing of classified information to 'non-cleared' persons and 'non-cleared' having access.
